interlinkONE steps up its web-based marketing game

interlinkONE, Inc., provider of web-based marketing software solutions, announced it has added enhancements to its ilinkONE Version 8.5 software. ilinkONE Version 8.5 delivers end-to-end personalized marketing, fulfillment and variable print solutions, making it easier for customers to create and deliver each aspect of their campaign. Recognizing that new channels are evolving that must be considered for multi-channel marketing campaigns, interlinkONE is committed to staying innovative to meet customer’s needs.

Key enhancements to ilinkONE version 8.5 include:

Email Template Editor— The email template feature makes it a lot easier for customers to create and deliver professional email campaigns. It works with all existing email templates, including templates from interlinkONE’s Template Library, as well as any new HTML emails that are uploaded to the system.

Email and Landing Page Templates— More than 30 new templates have been added that can be used for email marketing efforts. Customers can browse through the template library at any time and simply select the template that fits, and upload it to their site. There is a host of new landing page templates as well.

Twitter/Social Media Integration— Users can now associate their contacts (customers, prospects, etc) to a Twitter ID and view the person’s recent Twitter activity directly from the contact record in the system. Users can also post collateral from the sales library directly into Twitter from the system, simply by clicking the “Tweet This” link during order placement.

SMS/Text Messaging — Mobile marketing continues to emerge as a channel that must be considered for use in a multi-channel marketing campaign. ilinkONE Version 8.5 has made it easier than ever for users to send out SMS/Text messages to their contacts.

Easy Steps to Personalization — The benefits of delivering one-to-one communications has certainly been documented in many marketing case studies. ilinkONE Version 8.5 makes it easier for users to identify areas for variable data on their landing pages, emails, and other marketing messages.

Styling of Questions and Answers — Users now have greater control over the design and layout of questions and answers.  There are new options to help style surveys and response forms, as well as new Question Types to create a survey that accompanies design needs.
